TrueWatch Account Registration
On the official TrueWatch website, click on Get Started, then Create Account and fill in the relevant information to become a TrueWatch user.
Step 1: Basic Information
- Enter your username and password.
- Enter your email and the verification code sent to you.
- Enter your phone number.
- Click Next.
Step 2: Company Information
- Enter your company name.
- Click on More Information to fill in other company-related information as needed.
- Read and agree to the relevant agreements by checking the box.
- Click Register.
Note: After completing the second step, you have successfully registered a TrueWatch account. The third step will continue to guide you in opening a workspace under this account.
Step 3: Create Workspace
- Enter the name of the workspace.
- Select the workspace language.
- Read and agree to the relevant agreements by checking the box.
- Click Create.
Billing Center Account
A Billing Center account is simultaneously created along with your TrueWatch account. The initial username and password of your Billing Center account are the same as those of your TrueWatch account (i.e. the username/password you filled in the first step.) Note that the two platform account systems are independent of each other. Subsequent changes to the username or password of one account will not affect the log-in details of the other account.
During the account creation process, a Billing Center account will be created for you simultaneously.
Step 4: Activation successful
After completing the above steps, you can successfully activate the commercial version of TrueWatch.
Log into the workspace to view the version information of the current workspace in the TrueWatch Payment Plan and Billing module.
